Fabrication of the upper cast partial denture using silicone duplication

Fill the mixed silicone into one side of the flask. This is to prevent bubbles from forming!

After the flask has been filled, allow the silicone to set for at least 12 min.

Open the flask by blowing compressed air into the hole in the base of the flask. Do not lift or twist the lid – risk of deformation.

Remove the Gumex N spacer and then lift the model out of the mould by blowing compressed air into the hole.
