Fabrication of the upper cast partial denture using silicone duplication

Electrolytic polishing:

Before fitting onto the model, the cast object is placed in a gently warmed electrolyte bath. Process time: 8 to 10 min at 4 ampere.

An even layer of metal is removed from the entire surface, including from those areas which are difficult to reach, leaving the cast object smooth all over.

After cleaning, fit carefully onto the master model!
If the working steps up to now have been carried out correctly, the cast partial denture will fit perfectly!
