Fabrication of the lower cast partial denture using gel duplication

Cooling the gel

In order to cool the duplicating flask quicker, after the initial 20 min in the air, the flask can then be placed into a water bath. After a further 20 min the model can then be removed.

Open the flask and carefully remove the model from the duplicating mould!

If using compressed air, ensure that the air is blown carefully only in the dorsal area!

Remove any excess gel and carefully replace the duplicating mould into the flask!
