Fixing the path of insertion

Recording the path of insertion:

a) The model table is adjusted
b) A groove is milled into the master model

Alternative:

A groove is shaped into a segment of wax using the heated parallel rod in the surveyor.

This enables the path of insertion to be easily found later in the duplicated model!
