The process of melting the gel in a duplicating machine such as Dublitherm compact is fully automatic. This machine offers two mixing arms and quick programme operation.
The gel is melted gently and cooled quickly to 50° C. The results are reliable and the material has a long service life.
Pour the duplicating gel from one side slowly into the duplicating flask.
Metal flasks cool the duplicating gel down quickly. Plastic flasks are bad conductors of heat!
