Ensure of good contact points before melting the wax in order to create stress free bridge connections

The wax pattern should resemble a reduced version of the anatomical tooth shape.

Framework construction

Wax pattern with continuous collar.

Alternative: Wax pattern with small collar interdentally.

If the bridge is under stress, separate the units once again and renew the contact points and smooth the surface by melting.
