Telescopic crowns

Transfer and milling base

When the overimpression comes back into the lab from the try-in, the secondary master cast is fabricated. Before fabricating the milling base the primary telescopic crowns can be joined with a stable instrument for the removal. Special transfer systems can be used as well.

Fixing the telescopic crowns with pins and resin.

Removing the transfer-pins and fixing the latter inside the drills of the cup.

The pins are pushed into the primary telescopic crowns and poured out with resin. The milling dies are repositioned in the base to be further processed by means of a milling machine.
